The Deputy Head of Primary (Students and Operations) assists the Head of Primary and is primarily involved in educational leadership, daily operations and student welfare, as well as contributing to the establishment and maintenance of a supportive school environment and learning culture. There is also a responsibility to collaborate with counterparts in the Secondary School to enable continuity of wellbeing programmes and tracking of student development through the primary years and into later years of schooling.

REPORTS TO: Head of Primary
BASIC FUNCTION: The Deputy Head of Primary (Students and Operations) assists the Head of Primary and Deputy Head of Primary (Academics) to strategically align academics and student wellbeing and contribute to the development and maintenance of a supportive learning culture.
COMMENCEMENT: Commencement for this position is Term 1, 2025
